-How often should I schedule cleanings?
We recommend one of our three plans for the best results, but we can customize a schedule that works for you!
We offer three plans:
Basic: 1 X Weekly service for up to 1 pet.
Super: 1 X Weekly service for up to 2 pets. Deodorizing included.
Hero: 2 X Weekly cleanups for up to 3 pets. Deodorizing included, Priority scheduling
- What size yard is covered in each plan?
Basic: Up to up to 5,000 sq ft..
Super: Up to 5,001-10,000 sq ft.
Hero: Up to 10,001+ sq ft
If your yard is larger, we charge an additional fee per week based on its size. Contact us for specific pricing if you have a larger yard.
- Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Absolutely!
For a small additional fee, we provide one-time services for special occasions or a quick cleanup.
- What happens if I have more pets than plan allows?
For each pet over your plan, we charge an additional $5 or $10 per week depending on your plan.
Let us know how many pets you have, and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.
- Do you clean yards in all weather?
We clean in most weather conditions, but extreme weather (such as heavy rain, snow, or storms) may cause a delay.
If we need to reschedule due to weather, we will notify you in advance.
- What happens if I need to cancel or skip a service?
We understand life happens!
If you need to skip a service or cancel, just give us a 48-hour notice.
For less than 48 hours cancellations, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
However, we'll simply reschedule a convenient time for you with the cancellation fee applied towards your account.
- Do you clean up after other animals besides dogs?
YES!
Our services are tailored for dogs, but we can accommodate other pets with prior arrangement. Contact us for specific requests.
- How do I pay for my service?
Payments are simple and secure through Pay-Pal.
You can purchase with any major credit card. We clean and charge on a weekly subscription basis.
No hidden fees, no contracts, cancel or pause anytime - just clean yards!
- Do you service areas outside of Flagstaff?
YES!
Super Scooper Hero is happy to serve pet owners outside the Flagstaff city limits. Depending on your location, an additional travel fee may apply.
In addition to Flagstaff, we serve surrounding areas like Munds Park, Bellemont, Kachina Village, and other nearby communities. If you're unsure, just ask—we'll confirm if you're within our service range!
The travel fee starts at $5 per visit for areas just outside Flagstaff and increases based on distance. We’ll calculate the exact fee when you provide your address during signup.
